Blast & Cast Decoy-Carving Clinic on Saturday, April 6 with Rob James:

Blast & Cast Mens Ministry’s annual decoy-carving clinic at Covenant Fellowship is a great event for adult and youth carvers alike, with wives and daughters welcome and encouraged to attend. This year, participants will have the option to carve a mallard or blue wing teal. Because carving kits need to ordered, the deadline to register as a carver is March 15th... but earlier is better to ensure Blast & Cast has enough volunteers to help.

Date: Saturday, April 6th.  Deadline to secure a carving kit is March 15th.

Purpose: To build meaningful relationships with other outdoorsmen for the purpose of leading them to, or back to, Jesus Christ.

Activity: Carve and paint your own custom duck decoy under the tutelage of veteran-carver Rob James.  Participation in the decoy carving clinic includes carving kit, tools, and lunch included, and all participants will leave with a decoy ready for the water or the mantle.  Rob has 40 years of experience carving decoys and will walk each participant through the decoy-carving process start to finish.  Participants can select either mallard or blue-wing teal in the ticketing process.  If you would like to paint a hen (or have a special request), please contact Rob directly at the number provided below so that we have the correct supplies on hand.
